1939 Hollywood is a buzz. Legendary producer David O. Selznick has shut down production of his new epic, Gone With the Wind, a film adaptation of Margaret Mitchell's novel. The screenplay, you see, just doesn't work. So what's an all-powerful movie mogul to do? While fending off the film's stars, gossip columnists and his own father-in-law, Selznick sends a car for famed screenwriter Ben Hecht and pulls formidable director Victor Fleming from the set of The Wizard of OZ. Summoning both to his office, he locks the doors, closes the shades, and on a diet of bananas and peanuts, the three men labor over five days to fashion a screenplay that will become the blueprint for one of the most successful and beloved films of all time.

Biographies:
Bradley W. & Marie Bartlett
Brad has done several theatrical productions with the Crescent Players and the Wapakoneta Theatre Guild: Harvey, The Odd Couple, Rubber Room, and Meanwhile Back on the Couch, Love, Sex and the I.R.S., The Queen of Bingo. This is Marie’s debut performance. However, Marie feels that living with Brad day after day is all the theatrical experience required to perform with the Stardust Players. Marie will try to follow in her husband’s footsteps. Brad enjoys acting and we both support all of the Arts. They own and operate several companies including Bartlett’s Drive Thru and B.W. Bartlett Realty in St. Marys, where they live with their two daughters who are also encouraged to participate in the Arts. Brad and Marie enjoy auctioneering, camping, cigars, dining, dancing, being entrepreneurs, and each others company.
